This notice describes the implemented product. Operator identity, contact details and legal review must be completed before public launch.

What the service stores

Your account identity, encrypted connection credentials, course selections, course metadata and supported extracted file text, freshness records, usage counters, settings and write proposals/receipts. Requested email or file content is sent to your connected AI app. Write proposals can contain recipients and message text. Card details are handled by Stripe; this service stores billing identifiers and subscription state.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the service and its databases. Google and D2L supply the data you authorize. Stripe processes billing. Your chosen AI provider processes the results delivered to it under its own terms. Processing may occur outside Canada; Canadian residency is not promised.

Retention and control

You can disconnect sources, export your product data and delete your account in account settings. Course text is retained while the course is selected. Temporary delivery results and caches have short expiries. Automatic-check history is retained for 14 UTC days. Deletion receipts and database recovery copies may remain for up to 30 days; deletion must be replayed on restore. Aggregate abuse counters survive deletion until their expiry. Minimal security and financial records may require separate retention, which the operator must document before launch.

Limits of deletion

Deleting this account does not delete original email or coursework, undo completed changes, or remove data already delivered to an AI provider. Provider revocation and billing cancellation may need follow-up if a service is unavailable; the deletion receipt reports uncertainty.
